Q: Can I just show up for any class or do I have to register ahead of time? 


A: Yes! You may show up to any class at Hot Shot Fitness without registering ahead of time! We recommend coming in 5 - 10 minutes before class begins so we can show you around the studio and give you the game plan! (Please refer to our schedule for class times)


Q: I’m a beginner / new to fitness / returning to fitness / recently recovered from an injury / older, can I do these classes?

A: ABSOLUTELY, 100%, YES!! Everyone, of any fitness level, can do these classes!! Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and are given beginner, intermediate, and advanced-level options! 


Q: Do I have to bring any equipment? 

A: No! All equipment needed is provided by Hot Shot Fitness for every participant!


Q: What do I wear to class?

A: Wear comfortable workout clothes:  something that is breathable and that you can move in! Of course, running shoes are a must! 


Q: What should I bring with me?

A: A water bottle is important to bring with you. A towel and a pair of workout gloves are optional, however both are beneficial! Last but not least, bring a positive attitude because that is what Hot Shot Fitness is all about!! :) 


Q: Is this a co-ed gym?

A: We sure are co-ed! Mothers, sisters, wives, girlfriends, and daughters, feel free to bring your fathers, brothers, husbands, boyfriends, and sons! We love to challenge anyone and everyone ! 


Q: What forms of payment do you accept? 

A: Cash, cheque, or e-transfers are accepted.
